I stand behind the products that I make, and absolutely want to know if you are unhappy with an item you have received Please keep in mind that as these are handmade pieces, there may be some imperfections or flaws that make them unique. I take pride in the work that I do and the art I create, and want to make sure each piece is to your liking. If there are any issues please contact me.
Custom pieces are a final sale, so please be sure to closely look at any mock up sent to you before you approve. Once approved, a custom piece cannot be returned due to a misspelling, wrong color, etc.

Shipping time varies depending on the item that is being purchased and supplies that I have available in the shop. I create each piece by hand, and prefer not to rush in order to meet a shipping window. However, most items should be completed within 7-10 days of ordering.
